Requirements and skills:
Graduate with Diploma or Degree in HR
Good written & spoken communication
Languages – English, Hindi & Marathi
Able to draft policies and execute it
Maintain all records, analyse trends of employees
Source candidates, recruit and retain for company growth
Building career path for employees along with MD
Team Player
Building relationship / bonding with each dept / team member
Preferred:
Male / female Candidates with 2-3 years of experience
