We are looking for a well-organized GM-Sales Operation Executive to oversee activities across various departments. The responsibilities of a head of the department include formulating strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing and implementing.

Well versed with computer – Word, excel & power-point
Should be a team player
Must be able to motivate, train and align the whole team to company goals & objectives
Must handle key clients, walk-in clients, build relationship and able to upsell
Able to maximize the productivity of each team member
Able to analyse the reports and present it to the Management on weekly /monthly basis
Languages – English, Hindi & Marathi
Preferred:
Graduate Candidates with 3-4 years of experience in Sales, Operations, Handling team. Same industry will be high preference.
